Third graders have been working on physically describing people orally and in writing.
In order to practice proper sentence structure in English, the students got to build sentences using colour cards. We learned that we need to first use a subject, followed by a verb and then a descriptive word. Using cards organised in the colours of the rainbow, we created statements describing our classmates and friends. The students learned a lot!
