The amazing world of bees
Today 5th grade went to Can Pere, in Sant Pere de Ribes.
We learnt a lot about bees by doing three different activities. The first activity was playing some outdoor games by groups related to bees. The second one consisted of observing a honeycomb where bees live, and learning how honey is made and how it tastes. Then, we did the last activity, which was the most interesting one. We dressed up like beekeepers, with a hat and gloves. We needed all these special clothes to observe the inside of the honeycomb with more than 10.000 bees living there. It was really interesting and not scary at all. We had so mch fun together!
